Connect. Grow. Learn.
The Chief Learning Officer Breakfast Club series has a 16-year history of connecting leaders over breakfast to strengthen the link between learning and development and business strategy. An intimate in-person event, local learning executives and practitioners typically gather in various cities across the country to discuss issues driving enterprise education, share best practices and analyze the strategic alignment of business goals and workforce education. Today, however, things are a little different: The 2021 CLO Breakfast Club series has temporarily moved to a virtual platform – and, in response to today’s rapid seas of change, has shifted its focus from regional topics to specific, timely themes.
Chief Learning Officer will host three half-day Breakfast Clubs in the Spring of 2021. The series will feature CLOs and learning leaders from the banking and finance, health care, energy, technology, retail and hospitality industries.
Interactive Discussion Format
The agenda will include CLO spotlights, two panel discussions and various short presentations.
Experts discuss what lies ahead in trending technologies of 2021, frontline L&D and crisis recovery.
Build and strengthen your relationships within the learning community by connecting in our virtual breakout rooms.
Custom Research Report
Each event is accompanied by a topic-focused custom report from our highly respected research group. All attendees will receive a copy per event.

Registration for Chief Learning Officer events is restricted to internal learning & development practitioners and a limited number of sponsors with clearly defined roles. This policy is in place to assure that every live CLO event offers a respectful, relaxed environment where active professionals can network, learn from one another and have frank discussions about what is happening in their industry, organizations and careers. All registrations are subject to review. If it is determined that the registrant does not qualify, the registration will be cancelled and a refund issued to the card supplied.
Simple litmus test:
My primary responsibility is for the development of my company’s internal workforce = QUALIFIED.
I work primarily with organizations other than my own to support their workforce development = NOT QUALIFIED.
All vendors, consultants and suppliers interested in participating should visit our sponsorship page to request more information.
