Senior Practice Development Manager – Randstad RiseSmart
Kimberly Schneiderman is Randstad RiseSmart’s Senior Practice Development Manager. In this role, she creates and manages RiseSmart programs, training, and support materials for program participants and the coaches who work with them. Kimberly has led initiatives in the area of artificial intelligence in job market, goal setting, recruiter studies, job seeker studies, market trends, goals and resiliency, job seeker strategies and programs, flexible workforce, and boot camps. She frequently presents strategic, research-based webinars for Randstad’s program participants.
Kimberly is active in her field as a member of Career Counselors Consortium, Career Thought Leaders, and Association of Talent Development. She has held various board positions with the National Resume Writers’ Association, including serving as the certification committee chair for three years. She is also on the planning committee for Randstad’s WIRED webinar committee, a group dedicated to empowering development of women’s careers at Randstad. Over the years, Kimberly has attained certifications in resume writing and interview coaching, managing learning programs, and facilitating virtual training.
Kimberly is the featured expert on the RiseSmart Career Channel on YouTube and is often quoted in career-related articles. She has authored career-related book chapters, articles, and videos, and has appeared on news and radio programs as a subject matter expert. Kimberly is also a frequent speaker for both corporate and career-industry professionals, recently presenting on topics including manager notification training, resiliency, fresh strategies for setting and achieving goals, personal branding in the gig economy, and artificial intelligence in the job search.
