Kimo Kippen, principal of Aloha Learning Advisors, is a thought leader, speaker and advocate for lifelong learning and talent development. A native of Hawai'i, former chief learning officer at Hilton, recognized by Chief Learning Officer magazine as CLO of the Year in 2015 and former vice president of lLearning at Marriott International, Kimo has been creating learning solutions for thousands of people worldwide. He serves on several boards, where he has positively impacted organizations’ abilities to drive progressive change, most recently supporting the success of Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose” initiative that educates and trains company team members on how to help stop human trafficking.
