Rose Sheldon

Rose Sheldon is the Head of Enterprise L&D at Allstate and a self-proclaimed Skills Strategist. She is passionate about developing game plans for organizations and people to leverage platforms and tools to build, buy and borrow the capabilities they need. At Allstate you can see Rose leading the reskilling and upskilling of the workforce, and getting far too excited about learning technology. When she’s not on stage speaking about the Future of Work, you will find her riding her Peloton and being the quintessential suburban soccer mom (but without the pre-requisite mini-van). Rose’s friends and colleagues describe her as innovative, creative and driven.
